Penis enlargement routine for beginners! (Malaysian style)

1. WARM UP! warming up is important!!! One should never skip it, dont go full sohai okay?

- soak warm cloth in a hot water (maximum heat your penis can withstand) and wrap it around your penis, make sure to re-apply heat. keep on doing this or 5 minutes

- If you are lazy like me...I would just let hot water run on my penis for 10 minutes, of course at a maximum temperature my dick can handle.

- You can also fill in hot water into your bathmate and just put your dick inside the pump without pumping or applying pressure :) Just let it sit for 5-10 minutes. (I am starting to love this method)



2. STRETCH your penis! A.K.A manual length exercises!

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Ass Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Ass Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Ass Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
(yes, u pull your penis from behind your ass)

*try doing this exercise with one leg up on a chair and pull the opposite direction.

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: (stretch your penis and move it in a circular motion, 30 circles)

[DO THIS LENGTH EXERCISE FOR A TOTAL OF 3 SETS!!!!]

3. WET JELQING!! 

*  Use lubricant for wet jelqing! i highly recommend using Vaseline! other form of  lubes can also be used such as olive oil, baby oil etc..

- Week 1: 10 minutes of Jelqing, at a rate of 2-3 seconds per Jelq.

- Week 2: 12 minutes of Jelqing, at a rate of 2-3 seconds per Jelq.

- Week 3: 14 minutes of Jelqing, at a rate of 2-3 seconds per Jelq.

- Week 4: 16 minutes of Jelqing, at a rate of 2-3 seconds per Jelq.

- Week 5 and Beyond: Just keep on adding 2 minutes of Jelqing per week until you reach a total of 30    minutes of Jelqing.

4. BATHMATE!! (RECOMMENDED)
You losers can also use Bathmate for the final exercise of this routine for faster Results!
Its up to you guys lah if you want to use or not.

- Week 1: After doing all the exercises, use bathmate in the shower for 6 minutes!

- Week 2: After doing all the exercises, use bathmate in the shower for 8 minutes!

- Week 3: After doing all the exercises, use bathmate in the shower for 10 minutes!

- Week 4: After doing all the exercises, use bathmate in the shower for 12 minutes!


HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU DO THIS ROUTINE?

I recommend you guys to do 2 days on, 1 day off!

For example,

  • Monday: Warm up, Stretch, Jelq, Bathmate (if u want to)
  • Tuesday: Warm up, Stretch, Jelq, Bathmate (if u want to)
  • Wednesday: REST!
  • Thursday: Warm up, Stretch, Jelq, Bathmate (if u want to)
  • Friday: Warm up, Stretch, Jelq, Bathmate (if u want to)
  • Saturday: REST
  • Sunday: Warm up, Stretch, Jelq, Bathmate (if u want to)
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT SKIP WARM UPs!!! WARMING UP IS FUCKING IMPORTANT!

Slow Squash Jelq (Combination terbaik dengan bathmate)

What is a Slow Squash Jelq

If you are New  to Jelqing, I would say read my post on How to Jelq first, before doing this Jelqing technique!
A Slow Squash Jelq is considered to be a more Advanced Jelqing technique.
I find that it really expands my penis, more so than the Standard Jelq and it is also a nice way of breaking up the routine and do something different….. I normally Jelq for about 30 – 45 minutes a day!
So I will do about
  • 10 – 15 minutes Standard Jelqing and then break it up with
  • 5 minutes of Slow Squash Jelqing
I’m really lazy when it comes to manual exercises like Jelqing and Penis Stretching and by incorporating the Slow Squash Jelq it really makes my Jelqing routine so much more fun and I get a lot more girth to my penis when I include this Jelq.

Erection and Mental State for a Slow Squash Jelq


Highly sexual. I look at a session with the same frame of mind I would with masturbation or sex. I want to be highly aroused and ready to enjoy the session. 90 – 100% Erection
Time Spend 
  • I set a time in advance (sometimes I go beyond that time) I usually dedicate 45 minutes to the session.
  • I do not count how many I am doing my one and only goal is MAXIMUM EXPANSION for each and every session. I can tell by looking at my GIRTH that I am fully engorged and this is where I want to be as this is where GIRTH gains are.
  • One rep of this exercise can last as long as 3 minutes for me (it really depends on endurance and hand strength) My hands get very cramped and I need to switch positions every 5 minutes or so. As time goes on your hands will get stronger

The Slow Squash Jelq Exercise

  • I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand  I clamp off at the base.
  • I need some room to move the blood around so I will squeeze my glans releasing a small amount of blood than I clamp off again.
  • The hand clamped off at the extreme base slowly and intensely jelq up maybe an inch.
  • Once in this position I take the heal of the other hand and squash the blood from by head downward against the hand clamping. I am still applying upward pressure with the clamped hand as the heal of the upper hand continues to push the blood around, the upper hand is open and the heal of the hand is used to push against the resisting hand.
  • As I said above I will do one rep for about 2-3 minutes at which time I release do a few Standard Jelqs and begin the next set.
  • My goal, is MAXIMUM EXPANSION.

So I also use The Bathmate Hydromax X30 on a daily basis
The Routine in the Morning
  • Penis Stretching Routine
  • Jelqing
  • Bathmate for 20 minutes
  • Penis Extender for the rest of the Day
I will pump my Penis for 5 minutes in the Bathmate and then do 5 minutes of Slow Squash Jelqing and then another 5 minutes in the Bathmate. and REPEAT to make your usage of bathmate to add up to 20 minutes and a total of 20 minutes of slow squash jelqing.
I find that by doing this my Penis Girth increases so much. Try this if you own a Bathmate.

The Results from Slow Squash Jelqing

I find that the EXTRA girth that I gain from this Jelq sticks around for much longer than by just doing the Standard Jelq.
The same goes for the Bathmate, if I do Slow Squash Jelqs with my Bathmate, my Bathmate Pump will stay around for most of the day.

Jelqing as a Manual Penis Enlargement exercise.

So what is Jelqing?


There are a lot of penis enlargement exercises that you find on internet. One of them that i would like to talk about is Jelqing. It is a natural penis enlargement exercise where a guy would make an OK sign with his thumb and index fingers and attempts to squeeze  and stroke his member to draw blood to the glans of  his penis. Jelqing improves bloodflow of penis and hypothetically stretching length and girth of your                                                             member.


Jelqing is the backbone of every other penis enlargement exercise. You would want to include jelq in any of your penis enlargement routine. If your goal is to improve size and erection level of your penis, Memang korang kena start jelqing lah :)

How to Jelq Step-by-Step:
  1. LUBRICATE: Before you start jelqing, lubricate your penis with baby oil atau vaseline. Ada yang menggunakan olive oil, boleh jugak tu. Janji licin :)
  2. ERECTION LEVEL: Bring your penis erection level to 50 – 75 percent by slightly stroking your penis. The penis should be relaxed enough that it’s easy to push blood through it. Never perform jelqing exercises with a full erection, taknak meletup pulak,haha.
  3. OK-GRIP: Use your thumb and main pointer finger to form an OK-grip 
  4. START AT BASE: Place the grip around the base of your penis, as close to your pubic bone as you can.
  5. MOVE UP: With light pressure on the grip, slowly move it up your penis. The ideal jelqing pressure is one that does not hurt, but effectively pushes blood up the penis.
  6. STOP BEFORE GLANS: Stop the grip directly before it reaches your glans. You have just completed one jelq! Each jelq should take approximately 2 to 3 seconds.
  7. REPEAT: Once you’re done with one jelq, take your other hand and repeat the jelqing process.
